Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms and Conditions. 1.Deposits are non refundable. 2. Deposits must be paid a minimum of 72hrs prior to appointment unless agreed upon otherwise. 3. Appointments are not gauranteed and are subject to change until deposits have been paid. 4. Deposits are fully transferable with 72 hrs or more notice. 5. A $20 re-booking fee will be applied to all booking changes unless the change is due to medical reasons. Proof of this may be requested to waive the change fee. 6.Failure to give 72 hrs notice to change or amend a booking will result in the deposit being forfeited. A new deposit will be required for re-booking. 7. Clients who repeatedly cancel or do not show up to appointments may be re-fused service. 8. To be elligible for the 10% prompt deposit discount clients must abide by the following; (a). Deposits must be paid 28 days or more in advance (b) Clients must not make any changes to their booking ie (date, time, service) (c) Clients must be on time for their appointment (d) Can only be used on Services over $150. Can not be used for products 9. We do not offer refunds due to the nature of the product. Once the hair has been installed, it cannot be re-sold. If you are unhappy with our services you agree to contact us without delay. You agree to communicate with us directly to find a resolution. You agree not to take any legal action against Veva Hair Extensions, You also agree not to post any harmful or disparaging comments on any social media or other such web forums. 10. To the extent permitted by law, Veva Hair`s liability will be limited to the total amount paid by you. 11. By booking one of our service weather online, in person, over the phone or any other social media, or by logging into this site, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
